Академия APSI является официальным проектом немецкой адвокатской компании «Neuchmann». «Академия отрасли профессиональных услуг» использует модель закрытых сообществ Гейдельбергского университета, которые стояли у истоков «Neuchmann» в середине XX века.
Бизнес-советом немецкой адвокатской компании «Neuchmann» было принято решение пригласить украинского ученого, кандидата психологических наук Олега Викторовича Мальцева в качестве научного руководителя «Академии отрасли профессиональных услуг».

О нас
«Академия отрасли профессиональных услуг» берет свое начало в немецком городе Гейдельберг, где расположен один из самых влиятельных и старейших вузов в мире — Гейдельбергский университет имени Рупрехта и Карла.
Именно здесь получал свое первое образование Ульрих Neuchmann, в честь которого в 1950 году Иоганн Бройли и Фердинанд Ганс назвали свою адвокатскую компанию. Изначальной задачей частной академии был отбор и подготовка кадров для адвокатской компании «Neuchmann» в послевоенные годы в Германии.
Такая практика являлась широко распространенной в Европе и в США в XX веке в сегменте производственных, торговых и консалтинговых компаний. При этом каждая организация использовала свой подход. Главной задачей частных институтов, академий и конструкторских бюро было создание уникальных технологий и методик, которые давали бизнесу неоспоримые преимущества. Академия APSI создавалась в соответствии с моделью закрытых сообществ Гейдельберского университета.
Для реализации стратегических планов и расширения сферы влияния, бизнес-совет немецкой адвокатской компании «Neuchmann» принял решение в 2018 году возродить «Академию отрасли профессиональных услуг».
